The federally funded Original Medicare program includes both Medicare Part A and Part B. There are alternatives to Medicare provided by the government, and
these plans are sold by private insurance companies. Medicare Advantage plans, also known as Medicare Part C, provide at least the same amount of coverage as
Part A and Part B, but many of these plans also feature additional benefits such as vision, dental or hearing coverage. If a Medicare Advantage plan offers
prescription drug coverage, it is known as a Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MAPD) plan, and it provides all of your coverage through a single plan.
There are also Medicare Supplement plans, which add coverage for Original Medicare's out-of-pocket costs, such as deductibles and copays, and other "gaps" in
Part A and Part B coverage. These supplement plans do not normally include drug coverage. Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans don't work
together so you will need to choose one or the other.
Medicare Part D plans act as an "add-on" for your Original Medicare Part A and Part B coverage to provide prescription drug coverage. Prescriptions are not
normally covered by Original Medicare (except while you're in the hospital). You can enroll in a private Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Plan to get this benefit.
The pricing and availability of private Medicare insurance plans in North Carolina may vary depending on your location. Please complete the online quote form or
contact us and let one of our expert agents go over your Medicare coverage options to be sure you are getting the plan that is best for your needs.
Offering group health insurance can help you hire and retain good employees, and the costs are generally tax-deductible. However, as a business owner, it’s
important to make sure you get a group health plan that is optimum for both your employees and your company. Complete the online quote form, or contact

Auto Insurance
The purpose of auto insurance is to protect you
financially if you are involved in an accident.
You pay premiums to the insurance company,
and that company pays for the expenses
incurred if you have an accident according to
the terms of your policy. Those expenses may
include property damage to your car, damage to
someone else’s car or property, or personal
injuries incurred by someone else as a result of
the accident. The state of North Carolina
requires that all motor vehicles carry insurance
with certain minimum requirements. However,
those minimums may not be enough to
effectively protect you, especially if you cause
an accident with damage or injury to others.

Homeowners Insurance
For most people, your home is your largest
investment. Homeowners insurance protects
you financially in the event your home and/or
belongings are unexpectedly damaged or
stolen. It also covers you if a guest in your
home or on your property is injured, or if your
family members or pets cause damage to
another person’s property. Most natural
disasters are covered by homeowners
insurance, but floods and earthquakes require
a separate policy. If you have a mortgage on
your home, your lender will have specific
insurance requirements. Triad Insurance will
help you assess what you own and make sure
the things you value are adequately covered.

Life Insurance
Nobody likes to think about life insurance, but
it is a necessity if you have family members
who depend on you. Life insurance protects
your loved ones and provides for their needs if
tragedy strikes so they do not suffer financial
hardship in addition to everything else.
Generally, life insurance falls into two
categories: term life insurance and permanent
life insurance. Term life insurance provides
protection for a specific period of time, and
then expires. Permanent life insurance is
designed to last a lifetime. The kind of
coverage that is right for you depends on your
unique circumstances and financial goals.

insurance options to fit your needs and your
budget. You might be surprised how easy and
affordable it is to protect your family.
Disability Insurance
Insuring your income is something most people don’t think about.
Many Americans these days are living paycheck to paycheck. But what
if you got sick or became disabled and that paycheck were suddenly
gone? Disability insurance helps fill that gap between health insurance
and life insurance, to help your family avoid a financial catastrophe if
you are sick or injured. Out agents can help you decide between Short-
Term Disability and Long-Term Disability policies, and discuss the
“non-cancelable” and “guaranteed renewable” features, as well as
other options, so you get the right policy for you. Click here for a free
quote, or contact one of our independent agents to discuss the
disability insurance options to fit your needs and your budget.
Long-Term Care Insurance
As people age, many find they need help with activities of daily living such
as eating, bathing and dressing. Enjoy the peace of mind that comes from
knowing you will have options when that day comes. Long Term Care
Insurance pays for the cost of care needed to help with daily activities and
mobility due to age or a cognitive impairment such as Alzheimer's Disease.
Generally, long term care policies will pay for the cost of your care in the
setting you choose, whether in your home, an assisted living facility or a
nursing home. The cost of long term care insurance is based on your age
and your health when you apply, so the earlier you apply the more
affordable your policy will be. Click here for a free quote, or contact one of
our independent agents to discuss the long term care insurance options to
fit your needs and your budget.
Dental Insurance
Studies have shown that good oral hygiene and regular dental visits
are beneficial for overall health. People with dental insurance are
twice as likely to have consistent dental checkups and cleanings. If
your employer does not provide dental insurance, or if you have a
health plan through the Marketplace, there are several affordable
dental insurance options for you and your family. Many of them allow
for regular checkups and cleanings at no additional cost. Click here for
a free quote, or contact one of our independent agents to discuss the
dental insurance options to fit your needs and your budget.
Vision Insurance
Vision is a precious gift, and it needs to be cared for as much as your
general health. Vision problems can cause headaches and lead to problems
in work or school. If your employer does not provide vision insurance, or if
you have a health plan through the Marketplace, there are several
affordable vision insurance options for you and your family. These plans
can provide free or reduced-cost vision checks, glasses, contacts and even
corrective surgeries. Click here for a free quote, or contact one of our
independent agents to discuss the vision insurance options offered
through Triad Insurance Partners.
